We heard you! You let us know the neckline on our Manuela dress felt a bit too restrictive, especially for summer, so we have removed the mockneck and turned them into the Dani dress! This is the beauty of producing locally, in small batches. It has the same elegant yet edgy feel but with a more open neckline.

PANT LENGTH
We've started offering some pants and even our bestselling Lisa legging in three different inseams: short, regular, and long. Use your inseam measurement (crotch to ankle bone) to determine what pant length works best for you. We've included height estimates as well, but please be aware that those are generic, and that your inseam is more accurate to determine which length will work best for you!

CHEST/BUST MEASUREMENT

While measuring, wear the bra you typically like to wear under your clothes (or no bra, if that's your preference!).

Stand up straight and wrap the tape under your arms and across your back, over the fullest part of your chest. Make sure the tape is lying flat and isn't twisted. Breathe normally, noticing the variations as you breathe and record the highest number in inches or centimetres.

WAIST MEASUREMENT

Wear a fitted shirt while you measure. Measure the smallest part between your hips and your bust. Usually this will be about 2-3 inches above your belly button.

Take a breath out and then rest the tape against your skin, but do not pull tight while you record the number.

HIP MEASUREMENT

Wear more fitted clothing, like leggings, as you measure. Measure the widest point of your hips, including your tummy and derriere as you wrap around. Make sure the tape is lying flat and isn't twisted.

Rest the tape comfortably against your skin and don’t pull tight when you record the number.

INSEAM MEASUREMENT

Our inseam measurements reflect the measurement from the pubis to the ankle bone (not to the floor, like some inseam measurements). Record the measurement from the inside of your leg, from your crotch to your ankle bone while you stand up straight.

You may need help with this one – hold the top of the tape under your crotch while a friend holds the other end at your ankle bone and records the measurement from there.

Totally for me!

I love my black Manuela from last spring and was surprised to find its counterpart, Dani, still in stock now. I’ve got a very dress-centric capsule wardrobe going on… it’s slowly transitioning from random to carefully chosen pieces that I *love* (higher necklines, classic silhouettes, natural fabrics… aka a lot of Miik stuff) “Would this be different enough, in a striped print, to be a fresh and worthy addition?” YES! I bought it in XS and have no regrets.

I don’t like a dress above my knees so I got this dress in the XXL … usually I would buy the XL… it comes just below my knees .. it is very comfortable!

Dani High Neck Sleeveless Dress

This dress is a perfect fit and very comfortable, I love that you can dress it up or dress it down. It fit true to size as well. I totally recommend getting this dress if you have the opportunity!

Dani dress

The armholes on this dress are a bit tight. I like all aspects of the dress, except the fit under the arm. Will likely take it to a tailor and alter it. I have fairly muscular shoulders ... so my experience is likely not typical.

Dani High neck sleeveless dress is awesome!

Love this dress - my print is the navy floral. It travels well and is cool, comfortable and versatile!!
