      Will my order be affected by the Canada Post strike?

      No! Our amazing D.C. team has been ahead of the strike and has arranged to use other carriers to get your parcels to you. Unfortunately we will not be able to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please allow a couple extra days of processing due to the busy sale + holiday season. You can view updates here.

      Will multiple orders be combined + shipping be refunded?

      Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee we will combine orders made over multiple days. Our small-but-mighty team will try our best, but may not be able to combine them all. If it is possible to combine your order, shipping fees will be refunded where applicable.

      When can I expect my Black Friday Sale order to be shipped?

      Due to the large order volume we are receiving throughout the sale, packages may take an additional 1-3 business days to pick, pack, and ship. Keep in mind we are a small business with a small team, and we handpick and pack every order with love!

      When will I receive an answer to my email or message?

      Our office hours are Mon-Fri 10am to 4pm. Our team will respond to you as timely as we can. We appreciate your patience as we answer questions in receiving order. Please refrain from sending more than one message about the same topic.

      What's your return/exchange policy?

      Items can be returned/exchanged if they are NOT marked as "FINAL SALE" and meet the rest of our return/exchange policies. Purchases made November 10th to December 24th, 2024 can be returned until January 15th, 2025 or 45 days after the date of purchase, whichever is later.       I have a discount code. Can I use it?

      No, discount codes cannot be used on sale items. Our Black Friday Collection and sale items are marked down already, no discount codes needed. Because we are already offering such fantastic deals, no discount codes will be eligible during our BFCM sale, including codes for free shipping. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that use an additional discount code erroneously.

      Do I need a discount code?

      No. Items are marked down to their sale price, so no discount code is required. On each product's page, the price you see bolded beside the struck-out price is the sale price. It may not apply to all colours of that particular style. The price will change accordingly if a specific colour is not on sale.

      Hundreds of different styles, both current and past. Keep checking back for more styles added! Items that are NOT on sale could be added at a later date. However, items already on sale will NOT be discounted more than they already are.

      Is everything Final Sale?

      No, only styles that are discounted 30% off or more are final sale. Styles which are final sale are marked as such. In the new year, we'll host a bi-annual Buy/Sell/Trade event in our private Facebook group where customers choose to sell the items they purchased that they changed their mind about.       Is what's in my cart reserved for me?

      Unfortunately, this is not something we're able to do, technology-wise. Styles are reserved for you once purchased.

      I have a discount code. Can I use it?

      No, discount codes cannot be used on sale items. Our Black Friday Collection and sale items are marked down already, no discount codes needed.
