      Will my order be affected by the Canada Post strike?

      No! Our amazing DC team has been ahead of the strike and has been using different carriers to get your parcels to you seamlessly. Although Canada Post operations resumed as of December 17th, we will continue to use alternative carriers through the holiday season while Canada Post experiences delays. We will start to use Canada Post again in the new year once initial delays and backlog have been cleared. Please stay tuned for more updates as the situation changes. Due to the busy holiday season, please allow an extra couple of days for processing. You can view updates here.

      Will multiple orders be combined + shipping be refunded?

      Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee we will combine orders made over multiple days. Our small-but-mighty team will try our best, but may not be able to combine them all. If it is possible to combine your order, shipping fees will be refunded where applicable.

      When can I expect my Boxing Day Sale order to be shipped?

      The Miik team is off for the holidays from December 24th-29th. Your order will ship out starting the 30th, but due to the large order volume we are receiving throughout the sale, packages may take an additional 1-3 business days to pick, pack, and ship. Keep in mind we are a small business with a small team, and we handpick and pack every order with love!

      When will I receive an answer to my email or message?

      The Miik team is off for the holidays from December 24th-29th, as well as December 31st and January 1st. Our team will respond to you as timely as we can during working hours once the holiday is over. Rest assured we will get to your request! We appreciate your patience as we answer questions in receiving order. Please refrain from sending more than one message about the same topic.

      What's your return/exchange policy?

      Items can be returned/exchanged if they are NOT marked as "FINAL SALE" and meet the rest of our return/exchange policies. For details regarding return eligibility please click here.

      I have a discount code. Can I use it?

      No, discount codes cannot be used on sale items. Our Boxing Day Sale Collection and sale items are marked down already, no discount codes needed. Because we are already offering such fantastic deals, no discount codes will be eligible during our "Boxing Day" sale, including codes for free shipping. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that use an additional discount code erroneously.

      Hundreds of different styles, both current, past, and core bestsellers! No additional styles will be added or further discounted; what you see on sale now is what's on sale for the entire duration of our Boxing Day Sale!

      Is everything Final Sale?

      No, only styles that are discounted 40% off or more are final sale. Styles which are final sale are marked as such. In the new year, we'll host a bi-annual Buy/Sell/Trade event in our private Facebook group where customers choose to sell the items they purchased that they changed their mind about.       Is what's in my cart reserved for me?

      Unfortunately, this is not something we're able to do, technology-wise. Styles are reserved for you once purchased.

      I have a discount code. Can I use it?
