At checkout, select Free Pickup as your delivery method. It's as simple as that! Once you place your order, you will be sent a confirmation email first, then we will send you another email letting you know one your order is actually ready to pickup with more instructions.

We kindly ask that you only show up to pick up your order once you have received the email letting you know it is ready. (But we're excited, too!) Orders typically take 1-3 business days to prepare. You will have 5 business days to collect your pickup order within our pickup hours after you have received your "ready for pickup" confirmation.

STORE HOURS

We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Please be sure to check our store hours before arriving in case there are special holiday hours.

OTHER PICKUP LOCATIONS

At this time we are only offering free pickup from Toronto, ON, Canada, as that is where we are located (it's our ONLY physical location and where the Miik team works out of). We're sorry to those who live outside of the area and are unable to pickup; we do have special free shipping days periodically for our subscribers and recommend you sign up for our newsletters to be notified of them, if you like! You can find the sign up box in the footer at the bottom of this page.
