Shopping Event FAQ
Are there changerooms? Can I try items on?
Yes! We have 2 well-lit changerooms in our new shopping space as well as 2 private bathrooms with full-length mirrors, and an additional 3 changing spaces to supplement if needed during busy moments.
Can I make a purchase?
Absolutely! Our shopping space is just like any other store. We accept debit and major credit cards as well as Miik e-gift cards/store credit. We do not accept cash or checks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Interac, Debit, and Credit cards, including:

We also accept Contactless payments, including:

We can also apply your Miik e-gift card/store credit to your in-store purchase. Just provide the gift card code!

Can I return/exchange in-person?
Absolutely, you can! We'd prefer you set this up ahead of time instead of completing during the event, just to make sure we have enough time to take care of everyone during the shopping event. Email us at info@miik.ca to help you out! Otherwise you can stop by during our store hours to complete the return/exchange.
