SHIPPING + HANDLING
We ship all orders ourselves, from our headquarters in Toronto, ON, Canada! Our small but mighty shipping team packages every order with love and care.
Free shipping eligibility
CANADA: Orders $200 CAD or more before tax receive FREE shipping
UNITED STATES: Orders $300 USD or more receive FREE shipping; this applies to the contiguous United States only
INTERNATIONAL (outside of Canada and the U.S.): Orders $500 CAD or more receive FREE shipping
Shipping within Canada
Within Canada, orders will take approximately 3–7 business days within metropolitan areas to arrive after processing (processing times vary depending on order volume), and may take longer to reach more rural areas.

- $9.00 CAD flat rate on orders under $200 CAD before tax, tracking included.
- FREE shipping on orders over $200 CAD before tax, tracking included.

We use multiple carriers to reach every corner of Canada, including Canada Post and FlashBox.

P.O. BOXES
We deliver to P.O. Boxes using Canada Post.
Shipping to the United States
Shipments to the U.S. can take 7–14 business days after processing (processing times vary depending on order volume), and may currently take longer due to the newly imposed tariffs. Prices listed below apply to the contiguous US only. Surcharges apply for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
SHIPPING FEES
- $16.00 USD flat rate on orders under $300 USD shipping within the contiguous United States. Tracking included.
- FREE shipping on orders over $300 USD shipping within the contiguous United States. Tracking included.
- Surcharges apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
DUTIES + TARIFFS
Customers placing orders from the U.S.A. should expect a 25% tariff charge on their order upon arrival in the U.S. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
CARRIERS
We use multiple carriers to reach the U.S., including USPS and ChitChats.
International shipping (outside of Canada and the U.S.)
International orders can be expected to take approximately 10–15 business days after processing (processing times vary depending on order volume). This can take longer if the package is held up at customs.

DUTIES + FEES
All packages shipped internationally may incur duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any such charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer. Miik cannot provide estimates on duties. Countries outside Canada may charge duties, tariffs, VAT's, and other potential fees specific to your country. These charges are to be paid by the customer, even if you refuse any shipment upon delivery. Please check with your customs office for more information about potential fees and charges.
If a shipment is undeliverable or rejected by the customer for any reason, we will deduct from any refunds all shipping and handling charges Miik incurred to ship the order. This amount is usually higher than the shipping price we originally charge to customers because the shipping fees we charge are discounted.
Duties + other fees
CANADA
Orders shipping within Canada will not incur any duties or fees, as we ship all orders from Toronto, ON (where all of our clothing is made, as well!).
UNITED STATES

Order processing time
As a small business we pick and pack each order ourselves with care! For this reason, processing times vary depending on order volume. Our incredible shipping team works hard to get your orders out as fast as possible.
Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Please account for extra time for our team to pick and pack your order during collection launches, special sales, and around holidays.
Combining shipments
If you place multiple orders under the same address it is possible the shipments will be combined and shipping fees refunded where applicable. However, we cannot guarantee we will combine your orders, especially those made over multiple days. Our small-but-mighty team will try our best and we will automatically combine your orders if it is possible.
Address errors
Once orders are shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries; if you've noticed a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will try to catch your order before is is shipped. Miik is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
